Nice hotel in Zante, great pool views

Views from the pool were amazing, the room was clean and well maintained.

It’s slightly out of the way with very few options in terms of local shops etc. as it was off season the bar wasn’t attended and the pool appeared closed early on the day we arrived.

Wonderful

We booked a delux room with sea view for 5 nights. The view from our balcony was fantastic, after the upgrade. Breakfast was good. The bar tender is awesome, she was very attentive. The 2 women's receptionist were very helpful and very informative.

Our first night room. We've arrived at 10:00 pm, the night shift receptionist gave us a small room with balcony facing the parking lot. The room had musty/mouldy smells coming from the washroom. We told the receptionist that he gave us the wrong accommodation. He said he couldn't transfer us to a better room because it was fully booked for the night this is definitely not acceptable for what we have paid for in advance.

Nikolia (receptionist) was so kind, friendly and just a lovely person that helped us throughout our stay. She definitely made our stay more pleasant with her bubbly personality! The view was nice, pool was nice but very cold

Lovely staff & wonderful views made this an enjoyable and relaxing experience

Great location overlooking the town & port. Bonus of having a free shuttle service to the airport and town. Welcoming and friendly reception staff. Breakfast buffet more than adequate with a good selection of hot and cold dishes.

Whilst we had a very enjoyable stay there were minor irrations coming back to your breakfast table after going to get something from the buffet then finding your cutlery and plates have been cleared .I can only think the restuarant manager pacing up and down with his clipboard seeing this as efficient running .As a guest I see this unnecessary hovering as not very relaxing experience. Perhaps more attention should be given to the fruit juice dispenser & the coffee machine working correctly ! No available pool towels in the morning(until 2.30pm)

The girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic（Who wouldn't want to greet you with a vibrant person?）, and the room provided two bottles of Free Of Charge water. The breakfast was rich and delicious

There is some smell in the room, and there is no hot water for showering around 10 pm (only warm water that is not too hot).The hotel is somewhat remote, and the pick-up driver is more likely to miss passengers.

The views from the pool are excellent.

The views from the pool and café are spectacular. The city and the sea look very beautiful. There is also a shuttle bus to and from the hotel and town.The people at reception were very nice.

The rooms themselves were old but clean. However, the bathroom was quite old, rusty and cracked. Shower time was not very enjoyable.There was also a bath, but I did not want to use it.

Wonderful

Overall the stay was really nice. The facilities are nice, clean, and well taken care of. The hotel offers limited transport to the town and to a beach nearby.

Unrelated to the stay.. The walk down to town is a little rough because there are some parts without side walk.

Good situation and views from hillside overlooking the port. Stylish and airy public areas. Helpful staff. Shuttle to airport.

No hot water for showering when we arrived in the evening. Small dowdy bathroom. Restaurant stopped serving at 9pm.

Loved the staff, the location and the views were incredible.

Mary, George, Veronica & Sophia were fantastic and the chauffeur Nikos was wonderful. These people made my stay so welcoming and wonderful.

Overall, a very good experience

All the hotel staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Including the lady at reception, the team in the breakfast area, the cleaners to the shuttle bus driver. Nothing is too much trouble. My room was clean, well lit and large, with an outstanding view of the sea and mountains around Zakynthos town. The communal areas of the hotel are really clean and there is a very informal / relaxed feel to the place. The hotel pool and the view of Zakynthos town / bay is amazing. Especially at night. I would consider the location to be a positive, but there is a good 20 minute brisk walk to the town. It's uphill on the way back, so this won't be suitable for all. However they do have a shuttle bus or taxis are available. The hotel shuttle bus is extremely useful and the driver is friendly and efficient.

The only part of my stay that I think could have been somewhat better. The breakfast was adequate, but I think improvement in this would make a huge difference. More fresh fruit and pressed juices would be really appreciated as well as muesli and varied fresh bread options etc. Along with better coffee from a more modern machine. Additionally the eggs were tough to eat.

Excellent hotel near zante town.

Excellent buffet breakfast with a lot of options. The swimming pool is large and has excellent views. We could see the sunrise from the room's balcony. The receptionist was extremely cordial and efficient in managing our rides from the ferry port and to the airport. She also provided a lot of assistance and information about exploring the island. The location is also great. Zante town is just 6 minutes ride via car.

More free water could have been provided to the room.

Far from what I had expected, would personally go to Thasos any day of the week instead of Zakynthos

One of the best hotel views in Zakynthos, it's positioned quite high and you can see the port and town.

Not something specific, just not what I expected for the price paid, food, service and conditions are average at best. Hotel rooms, especially bathrooms could really use a renovation. Did not expect to find mold at such a hotel.. Quite noisy room service every morning, always would ignore DND signs. Doors being slammed and not well soundproofed. Hotel room door opened or close is pretty much the same...

Great stay and the hotel is in a wonderful position overlooking Zakynthos town and the peninsular.

Great swimming pool and patio area with a fantastic views across the bay. Outside eating at the restaurant also has great views. Hotel building itself is imposing, well maintained and attractive with useful car park. Friendly staff.

When booking, we did make a special request for a sea view, only if it were possible. We were delighted to receive an email confirming our request at no extra charge! Unfortunately, this was refused on arrival.

We had a great 2 nights in the suite, food was ok, staff were great, there’s a little shop / bakery about 10 min wal

We were fortunate to have the suite with the swim up pool which was amazing with amazing views, especially at night.

Lack of facilities, there’s a main swimming pool, again with amazing views, a bar and buffet area for breakfast ‘ food. And also a new snack menu this year. No other facilities, looks like a tennis court was there (about 20 years go) as it’s not even got a net and it’s not even close to a flat surface.

The position over looking the harbour was great. I upgraded our room for a better view and it was well worth it. Watching the activity in the harbour from the balcony was very relaxing. The free shuttle bus to the town and airport is great. Thus said it’s an easy walk to the town

Despite the fact that Greece is so well known for its excellent food the breakfast featured very little fresh fruit (one bowl of tinned peaches) or vegetables and the pastries were a bit soggy. There is no beach at Zakynthos only a concrete deck with access to the sea
